1. Who runs this page

The GEXON Performance Parts page is run by GEORGEX MOTORS S.R.L., VAT ID 52869392, registered office at Str. Iancu Jianu nr. 6, Târgoviște, Dâmbovița, România. You can write to us at contact@gexon.ro.

2. What this website is for

The page introduces the upcoming GEXON brand and lets you sign up to be told when it launches. It is not an active online store: it does not take orders, payments or product reservations, and no sales contract can be concluded through it.

3. Pre-registration

You can sign up with a valid email address or phone number that belongs to you. Signing up is free and open to people aged 16 or over. Each address or number is registered once; repeat sign-ups are ignored.

Signing up is not an order, reservation or pre-order and creates no obligation to buy. It does not guarantee product availability, reserved stock, a preferential price or priority when buying. Statements about limited production runs describe our plans and may change before launch. Any special benefits will be announced separately, under clear rules.

4. Which messages you get

Through this page you get one message, by the channel you chose (email or text message), when GEXON launches. We do not send news, offers or campaigns and do not use your sign-up for marketing.

The newsletter and commercial messages will only be offered in the full store, after launch, based on a separate consent that you are free to give or refuse.

5. Leaving the list

You can leave at any time, free of charge, by writing to contact@gexon.ro or using the unsubscribe link in the launch message. We remove you without delay.

6. Information and materials

The texts, images, illustrations and references to product groups or brands are for presentation only and are not a firm offer to sell. Images may show cars or parts other than those that will be sold. Car brands mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to describe fitment; mentioning them does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or official cooperation with those owners.

7. Intellectual property

Original GEXON materials (texts, design, logo, graphics) are protected by law. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. Unauthorised reproduction of protected materials is prohibited, within the limits set by law.

8. Running and updating the page

We may maintain and update the page and may close the pre-registration list, for example when the store opens. Changes to these terms are published on this page with their date and version. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you.

9. Personal data and cookies

How we process your data is explained in the Privacy policy, and storage technologies on your device in the Cookie policy, both linked in the page footer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We first try to settle any disagreement amicably, at contact@gexon.ro. As a consumer you may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or the competent Romanian courts.
